It has been discovered that Richard Sharp, the new Chair of the BBC and a Tory Party donor, formerly managed a firm that helped fund the rabbit hutch housing that has caused misery for families across Harlow.
Buildings like Terminus House and Templefields House have received national attention for the appalling conditions in which residents are made to live. They were converted by a company called Caridon, which received loans from the firm managed by Richard Sharp in order to help fund the projects.
