Harlow Labour Party is deeply saddened to announce the passing of Councillor Danny Purton.

Danny was a deeply committed public servant, passionate about Harlow and dedicated to the residents of Mark Hall.

He was a force within the Council Chamber and continued fighting for the causes he believed in until the very end.

He will be greatly missed by Labour Party members and residents across Harlow.

Our deepest sympathies are with his family and friends at this time.
