Robert Halfon has bowed to pressure from Harlow Labour and will vote with us to keep school meal vouchers over the summer:

The Essex MP says he’s told the whips and his proxy vote.

This comes after pressure from Harlow Labour members and councillors overnight and this morning, asking the Tory MP if he will stick by what he has said about Free School Meals and vote with us to continue the scheme over the summer holidays:
